The design of the Temes armchair found in the entrance hall of the development arises from the fusion of two icons of modern design: Joaquim Tenreiro's chair designed in the 1940s-50s and Charles and Ray Eames' 'La Chaise', made in 1948.

Bowl Table

Guilherme Wentz

The bowl table provides the sensation of movement in a static object. The ceramic bowl seems to act on the metal top, as if gravity were part of the design. It provides the entrance hall with organic sensations, exploring the boundaries between what is produced by man and what is produced by nature.

Adobe lamp

Guilherme Wentz

The Adobe lamp promotes a sense of movement and balance in static objects to the environment. The piece consists of a thin and continuous metal structure, balanced by a heavy block of marble. This contrast brings about the relationship between the composition's elements, as if each component of the product had an action on the other. The lamp features a blown glass sphere with an embedded LED module, attached to the structure. Emitting a subtle and diffused light.

Prepared by the union of four designers: Amélia Tarozzo, Camila Fix, Flávia Pagotti Silva, and Rejane Carvalho Leite, it provides a typically Brazilian, relaxed, and comfortable sitting experience. The organically shaped structure and rounded lines bring softness and delicacy to the product. The sole leather shell attached to this wooden structure and cushion, of the same leather, provide lightness and comfort to the piece. The lateral rocking of the suspended leather shell is unusual, reminiscent of hammocks and boat rocking, bringing a sense of well-being, an invitation to slow down the pace of everyday life.

Created in 2016, it was named Cily due to the challenge of developing a project for articulated luminaires using only machined cylinders. It offers a contemporary design, influenced by the constructive forms of European design. The complex elaboration process and the use of high-precision bearings were designed to convey simplicity in form.

The wood of each piece functions like a fingerprint. The design is the same, but there is no Pedrita stool identical to another.

BIKE SHARING

Enhance everyday activities through environments that add to your daily life, with more tranquility and practicality.

Therefore, the development features Bike Sharing, a space that facilitates well-being practices, this is a Fitwel development.

CLEAN SPACE

To wash everyday items such as large utensils, beach items, your bike, or even to give your pet a bath more comfortably. The space also has a spot for vehicle cleaning and a tire inflator.

DELIVERY SPACE

The Delivery space will be a place for receiving parcels and food. It contains a sink for shopping hygiene and lockers for storage.

And there's more, the space has a Vending Machine to serve you, more comfort, more convenience, and more security for your parcels!

SMART LOCKERS

Smart Lockers are locations equipped with technology that allows automatic door opening, much like a luggage storage.

WORKSHOP

D/Yard has a workshop with tools for small repairs and a support sink.

PET PLACE

Located in an outdoor environment, a space for interaction among animals, the pet place has rides designed exclusively for the animals, a water fountain, and a water point for washing.

MEETING ROOM

Ever imagined a space for you to hold meetings without leaving home? D/Yard will have two meeting rooms, in addition to the coworking space on the Rooftop terrace.

READING SPACE

Located on the Rooftop, outdoors, you have a tranquil environment surrounded by greenery, with a super comfortable rocking chair to rest or enjoy a good read.

RUNNING TRACK

Outdoor exercise area, a track that surrounds the Fitness area and functional space. Ideal for practicing a run or walk without leaving the condo. This is another feature of a Fitwel project.
