At the World Design Awards 2024, Parque da Luz was awarded for its innovation in uniting contemporary architecture and cultural heritage. The project stood out for reimagining urban spaces in a sustainable way, with a design connected to the historical context of Florianópolis.

Recognized for its commitment to health and well-being, D/Sense received the Fitwel certification, one of the main global quality of life seals. The project stood out for solutions such as natural ventilation and lighting, as well as spaces focused on comfort and social interaction.

At the APR Awards 2025, D/Sense was awarded for the third time, in the Mixed-Use Architecture category, reaffirming its commitment to sensitive, innovative architecture that is deeply rooted in the local context of Florianópolis.
